• Food is not included in the package price for Makkah / Madinah (unless specified), but it is available at the hotel or restaurants for an approximate cost of SR15 per lunch or dinner.
• The food menu typically includes options like Chicken or Fish, Vegetables, Vorta or Shak (traditional Bengali side dishes), Dall (lentils), and Plain Rice.
• Primary Medical Health support & Medicine Support.
Any personal expenses or other costs not mentioned above are not included in the package.

• Special requirements such as booking special rooms with Haram view, Kaaba view, Suite rooms, etc. are available upon request with additional charges.
• Additional tours can be added to the package, such as tours to Jeddah, Taif, Hudaibiyah, Wadi Jinn, Khandak, Ohud, Badar, etc. These tours may incur extra charges.
• It is also possible to combine the Umrah package with visits to other countries like Dubai, Egypt, Turkey, etc. However, visiting other countries as part of the Umrah package may involve additional costs.

Itinerary:
Day 01 (27 MAR 2024): Dhaka – Jedda
Departure from Dhaka to Jeddah. By Bullet Train from Jeddah Airport to Makkah
Makkah Hotel. Check-in at the hotel and focus on your regular prayers and ibadah.
Day 02 (28 MAR): Makkah Focus on your regular prayers and ibadah. Makkah Ziyarah.
Day 03(29 MAR): Cave of Hira (Jabal-e-Noor) - where Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received revelations
from Allah SWT
• Cave of Thawr (Jabal-e-soor) - where the Prophet and Abu Bakr al-Siddiq took shelter
•while fleeing from the Quraish
Mina - known as the city of tents, accommodating pilgrims during Hajj
• Masjid al-Khaif (Mosque of Prophets) - a mosque associated with various prophets
•Jamarat - pillars representing the stoning of Satan during Hajj
Mount Arafat (Jabal-Ar-Rahmah) - where Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) delivered the

Day 14 (10 APR): Madina - Jeddah - Dhaka Check out from the Makkah hotel and
transfer to Jeddah airport for departure to Dhaka.

GENERAL:
•The package price is applicable for travel with a group only.
•Travel must be done 14 days after vaccination.
•The package itinerary is subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to travelers before travel.
•All services are subject to availability at the time of booking, and the package cost may change based on room/hotel availability.
•The package prices are based on the current conversion rates of Riyal or USD to BDT. If the conversion rate changes during the final booking confirmation, the package price will also change.
•If breakfast is not included in the package, and if the hotel mandates breakfast during
the booking or for any similar hotels, the breakfast charge will be added to the package price.
•Please note that changes can occur without prior notice.
No refunds will be provided for unused services or a lesser duration of stay.
Wecomint travels reserves the right to charge an extra amount for any unexpected charges imposed by legal authorities for tour package inclusion services.
A 5% discount is given on published packages, but no discount will be given to IC-A/C beneficiaries (maximum 6 months).
VEHICLE STATUS:
•Transportation for Jeddah/Makkah/Madinah and Ziyarah will be provided by bus or van. Each person is allowed a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage. Private transportation or private Ziyarah vehicles will be based on the number of guests.
Waiting period for private transportations is 60 minutes at Haj Terminal and 15 minutes at the hotel.
All guests must adhere to the time mentioned in the voucher. The vehicle will not wait for anyone.
Wecomint.travels is not responsible for delays due to traffic jams, prayer periods, or roadblocks.
HOTEL POLICIES:

The standard "Check-In" time is 04:00 PM and the "Check-Out" time is 12:00 PM as per Saudi Arabian hotel policy. Wecomint.travels is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.
Only the hotel authorities have the right to provide available rooms as per the booking. If guests have any special requests regarding room preferences, they must communicate with the hotel reception. However, Wecomint.travels is not responsible if the hotel refuses to accommodate the request.
The star ratings of hotels mentioned in the packages are mostly local star ratings, not international ones, as most hotels in Makkah, Madinah, or Jeddah do not maintain an official star rating system. If the hotel rating is a concern, it should be discussed with the Wecomint.travels salesperson before booking the package.
In most 3-star hotels, there may be no WiFi in the rooms, or the WiFi may not work. WiFi is usually available only in the hotel lobby. Room service may not be available in these hotels, but guests can request it from the hotel reception if needed. The room types (single, twin) may not necessarily correspond to the number of beds in the room. Drinking water is usually not provided in the rooms, and guests will need to purchase their own.
PASSPORT POLICIES:
Guests should not hand over their passports to the driver or local agent unless specifically required by legal authorities. If for any reason guests give their passports to anyone, it is their responsibility to inform Wecomint.travels on the same day.
MOYALLEM ACTIVITIES:
Moyallem (religious guide) will be available during the performance of Umrah. For ziyarah
